My name is Graham, and I want to spend as much time as possible creating. This website and my various social media accounts are my attempt to do that, and to share it with you all. I hope you enjoy listening, and find some kind of value in my music.

I grew up in Derry NH, and started piano lessons at a young age. I began playing trumpet in 5th grade, and from the moment I got my first Louis Armstrong cd, I was determined to become a jazz trumpeter.

I pursued that dream in college at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston MA, where I majored in Jazz Trumpet Performance, while also taking piano and voice lessons. That dream then came to fruition after graduation when I spent 3 years touring with the historic jazz vocal group The Four Freshman as their trumpeter and baritone singer.

After getting off the road, I've turned my energy toward teaching. I currently teach piano, trumpet, voice, guitar, ukulele, and french horn, and have around 30 students. When I'm not teaching I spend my time working on my own music, walking in the woods, and playing games with friends.

There are a variety of projects on this website that I hope you might enjoy.   Shannagraham is original looper pieces and improvisation, GG Piano is meditative/relaxing piano music, Graham Gaines is original singer songwriter music. Crochet Cabaret is original songs and music videos of little crochet animals that my sister makes.
